Alrighty, so as well all know the mkiii focus stock pedal feel is questionable at best. Hit the brakes going a little too fast around a corner or just in a straight line the pedal seems to change its mind on how much pressure it wants from the driver. As with most NA focus drivers i did not want to shell out the couple grand for a BBK. Instead i purchased the braided steel lines from here. Day after i purchased them i got a phone call from FSWerks saying that they were out of stock on the FSWerks braided lines and if i wouldn't mind trying out a different set of lines from goodridge for the same price. Did a little digging and found goodridge is a very good brand for motorbike brake lines. After the install (which was easy as heck) the response was not a stiffer brake pedal but a much more sure feeling in the pedal with stock brake pads and stock rotors i definitely do not question hitting the brakes going into a corner hot. pedal is quick to react, does not pulsate or require a change in pressure from the driver half way through the corner. overall a much better feel from changing a single piece. Definitely a lifelong customer was made through this transaction!
