The Cool-Flo is the perfect choice for enthusiasts who want to add power, looks, and even some growl under the hood. This unit comes with our heat shield to reduce the surrounding air intake temperatures. By reducing intake temperatures we are able to take advantage of the cooler more dense air resulting in improved throttle response, better combustion, and more power.
Included with the kit is the Induction Technology Group, Ltd. air filter which features cutting edge technology derived from Formula 1, WRC/F2 Rally, and BTCC. Also included is a silicone connecting hose, installation hardware, and installation instructions for a simple bolt on fit. Factory mounting points are utilized for installation without the need for permanent modification or fabrication.

Whatās the difference between this one and the green filter I can see the materials are different but what does the difference make

The filters are completely different design but there is no difference in power between the two filters. The ITG filter is much lighter compared to Green filter. Thank you

I bought this product hoping to get rid of some of the rev hang. I have a 2012 ford focus se with the 5spd transmission. It helped alot and feels like it added some top end power. I also bought the pre filter and it seems to be doing its job as well.
Instant Appreciation
Took about thirty minutes to install, while also doing the snorkel delete. Instantly worth every penny. Purchased with the Outerwears Pre-Filter. Looks great in the engine bay, and sounds even better, both inside the cabin and out. I got what I paid for and then some.
Great Sound!
Got the intake and had it installed within about 30 to 45 minutes! I'm not really sure if I feel in power gains but I didn't expect to. But the sound my 2014 Focus SE 5spd makes now is great! It's now hard for me to stay off the throttle! It bolts in easy and looks good under the hood. Just make sure you have locktite.
Great sound and performance!
I bought this back in December and I loved how easy it was to install and love the way it makes my car sound. I have had a few compliments from friends that it sounds awesome! Would recommend this to anyone!
great buy but....
I really enjoy the overall quality of the intake setup as well as the easy installation of the air box replacement. It sounds awesome when you get on the throttle a bit. However, I did not like how small the ITG filter surface area was nor did I like the cheap feeling foam material that did not look like it stopped too many particals from getting through it. Instead I ditched the filter and silicone hose and used one of the supplied clamps on my K&N filter that I already had. It has much more surface area and better filter material. Not worth $200
fswerks itg intake review
I've recently purchased one of these fine induction unites in silver with the otterwear prefilter and I can say im impressed. Over all the intake fits well and adds a nice bit of sound and power under hood. I have a 2012 focus with a 5spd standard transmission. I also have the fswerks stealth exhaust and MST induction hose, all three together create and musical symphony as you crusie around town. The stealth keeps the car nice and quiet while the intake with itg filer allow the engine a very aggressive tone. Cruising down the highway going about yet staying under 2500 rpms the intake is quit bit higher rpms you start to hear the intake more while your driving. The only con to the intake is that it says to use locktite on a nut yet they do not provided the locktite in the package. I instead had choosen to use a washer and a lock washer.
Much better throttle response
I can really feel the power and better throttle feel with this intake and it sounds awesome too. Thanks Fswerks!
