The Cool-Flo is the perfect choice for enthusiasts who want to add power, looks, and even some growl under the hood. This unit comes with our heat shield to reduce the surrounding air intake temperatures. By reducing intake temperatures we are able to take advantage of the cooler more dense air resulting in improved throttle response, better combustion, and more power.
Included with the kit is the Green air filter, installation hardware and installation instructions for a simple bolt on fit. Factory mounting points are utilized for installation without the need for permanent modification or fabrication.

Fantastic Intake!
Highly recommended! Installation instructions were great and easy to follow. It adds an awesome little growl, and you can feel a little something extra when you get on it. It looks sweet too.

The package was packed good an the instructions were very clear only thing I wish was they provided a small one time use of lock tight but over all very good an as far as performance an gas miles who knows lol if u stomp on the gas you can hear the intake roar an the eagles soar will be getting the exhaust from here as well

Very easy installation, took maybe 20 or 30 minutes at most. Noticed better acceleration, and is also louder than stock intake even if you took the box cover off the stock intake

A nice intake.. Specially for the price
So far, ive been running the FSWERKS Green Filter for about 3 weeks. Ill just make the ol pro/con list to simplify this Pros: -Great sounds -A little more power -Looks good -Easy Install, less than 15 mins (directions were ok, but its really not that hard to install) -One can great better MPG; on the highway i can get 40+ (if you dont slam the gas medal down) -The Metal Heat Shield plate is sturdy with a good coat of paint on it -Makes my car idle smoother -Came with a tracking number, my mountune parts havent Cons: -Wasnt to happy about how the filter mounts on the intake (there could of been a small spacer that goes from the intake to the filter through the heat shield for better mounting; because of the thickness of the heat shield plate the filter doesnt mount all the way on the intake{i check it all the time to make sure its on and secure}) -Can seriously reduce MPG (down to 30.4{as of right now], it hates traffic, lights and stop signs) -A small con, i called to ask it they could package two items together (which they couldnt, no biggie), was not called back but emailed (not that big of a deal but i would of preferred a call) I am enjoying the intake, and i would recommend it to others. 4 out of 5 stars

Hi Bailey, This maybe happening if the filter hose clamp is too tight which squeezes the plastic MAF housing. As mentioned in the installation instructions; Use caution not to over tighten the hose clamp to the MAF housing since it's made from thin plastic. Thank you

I installed it alongside a magnaflow slip on and the exhaust note is definitely more refined sounding and the car just feels more alive than it did before. Better throttle response and what feels like a slight performance boost as well. And when you rev you'll be able to hear the intake hiss as well. Great product and look forward to eventually getting the fswerks race exhaust as well at some point.

The overall look of the intake is fantastic with the heat shield. The performance is definitely noticeable with improved throttle response and a throaty induction sound. Install was fun and relatively straightforward (did it with my little brother in about an hour or so) with all the instructions and hardware with the intake. Once i got a tune the intake sounded so much more aggressive and felt like the air going in the engine was truly making a difference. Great buy regardless if you plan to tune the car or keep it stock!

I never was a car guy, like I didn’t know much. But this install was really simple. The instructions were clear and I finished it all with a few sockets. The result is great. Sounds good, feels more responsive on acceleration, and it looks cool as heck. Definitely buy this if you’re thinking about doing some of your own modifications

The CAI was easy to install and it sounds great! The engine sounds a lot meaner and has a deep growl to it. You can also hear some cool induction noises. The car seems to pull slightly faster through the revs. Approx. 7.0-7.3 0-60 time. I so glad FSWERKS offers an affordable intake. There is no reason to make an intake $350+.

This thing for the sound alone is worth it. Notable sucking sound from 2k to 4K, low rpms have a slight grumble as well with anything over 4K you can really hear the motor growl, I had one of these for my 09 focus and now just bought one for my 2018 focus titanium and couldn’t be more pleased.
