Mk1 Focus, 2.0L Zetec SCT X4
Raffi was, and has been, an absolute gem to work with. After a chat on the phone he was able to send me the tuner and the FSWerks tune that allowed the car (fairly modded) to start right up and idle smooth from a fresh install. Dialing it in will be much easier since I have such a stable starting point. I would recommend this to anyone with a Mk1 wanting more. This is by the best customer service experience I've ever had with any company about anything at anytime. FSWerks now has a permanent customer.
What a difference!
This item was simple to order and simple to install. The difference in driving my car is night and day. Throttle response is vastly improved over stock and everything just feels “correct” compared to the stock tuning which often felt rough or was hesitant to respond to input. Tune was installed on a 2011 Focus SES 5 speed with FSWERKS Cool-Flo intake and FSWERKS Stealth cat-back exhaust.

so this will be a combo review of the tuner and cold air intake. getting the tune set up and installed was great and painless, great customer service the guys were very quick with figuring the specifics out for the tune. the cold air instructions were a bit vague but workable. the car reacts so much quicker now. again great products and customer service i will be recommending you guys to whoever i can

I Highly recommend this specially if you already have fswerks race exhaust and a cold air intake the car comes alive I have all of this on my 04 ZTS with the 2.3l and the car is so different now for the better 100% Recommend and 100% would buy again

Unbelievable
I wrote a review before I even got this because their customer service is exactly what customer service should be. Excellent communication and response. Got the tuner and it took a couple of minutes. My son still had 3/4 tank of low octane fuel but we filed it the rest of the way with higher octane. Definitely a kick where it counts. I imagine it will only get better as more high octane fuel goes through it. The vehicle did chase idle a couple of times, I should have done the tune cold and let it idle to hot so the new systems could learn better. But I’m really happy with what it has done so far.

I want to start with the fact that I have not received the item yet. That being said, I ordered this and filled out the info wrong, the dude tuning it called me to verify and correct the info. I called them before ordering to check everything and the guy remembered me when he called me back. I just wish they offered more stuff for my vehicle so I could have this level of customer service every part I order.

Best Investment I made
Plug and play as it says. Totally changed my car performance wise and it runs smoother. Not instantly noticeable but after 2 days for me it was very noticeable
